The Shaggar City Construction and Real Estate Corporation (SCRCC) began its work at the end of 2016 (E.C.), initially utilizing the 10 billion birr capital provided by the city administration to the Shaggar Investment Group. Starting with this capital, SCCRC hired a limited number of staff and commenced 8 projects valued at an estimated 665 million Birr. In 2017 (E.C.), the corporation further signed agreements for 21 new projects with an estimated total cost of 16 billion Birr.
We provide a full range of construction and infrastructure services, including multi‑story building projects, asphalt road development, and specialized water well drilling to expand access to clean water. Our expertise also extends to general infrastructure development, delivering essential civil works that strengthen Shaggar City’s foundation for sustainable growth.
